What is included in the tour?

All our tours include: round-trip hotel transfer, open bar (beer, sodas and water), snorkeling with equipment, lunch or snacks on board (depending on the tour), certified bilingual guide, and traveler's insurance. Private tours include personalized service.

Do I need to know how to swim?

Swimming is not required. The snorkeling areas have moderate depth and we always provide life jackets for those who need them. Our guides are in the water at all times.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance, especially during peak season (December–January and July–August). For groups of 10+ people, we recommend booking at least 1 week ahead.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel or reschedule your tour at no charge up to 48 hours before departure. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a 50% charge. In case of bad weather, we reschedule at no extra cost.

What should I bring on the tour?

We recommend bringing: sunscreen (biodegradable preferred to protect the reef), swimsuit, towel, change of clothes, sunglasses, cash for tips and extra expenses ashore. Don't forget your camera or GoPro — the scenery is incredible!
